Schepmont Group recruits for companies in manufacturing, construction, and industrial operations across the United States. We place skilled trades and technicians, engineers, operations and sales professionals, and leaders at every level. If you work in or near these industries, there is a good chance we are familiar with the companies you are interested in, and in many cases we have active relationships with them.
What to expect when you work with us.
You never pay a fee.
Candidates are never charged for any of our services. Ever. Our fees are paid by the hiring company, and candidates have zero financial obligation to us at any point in the process.
Confidentiality is the default.
Your name, your resume, and any details you share with us are never shared with another company without your explicit permission. Not for any reason. Confidentiality is the baseline, not an upgrade.
Honest conversation.
We do not push candidates toward roles that are not a fit. If the opportunity is not right for you, or if you are not right for it, we will say so directly. The alternative wastes everyone's time, including ours.
Full support through the process.
From the initial conversation through offer acceptance and start date, we are involved. Interview preparation, feedback coordination, offer negotiation, resignation support, and onboarding handoff are all part of what you can expect from us.
