Industries

Industries we serve.

Deep concentration in manufacturing, construction, and industrial operations, with recruiting experience that extends beyond.

Our focus is deliberately narrow. We work in sectors where we have the deepest networks and the most relevant experience. That focus is what allows us to move quickly, assess accurately, and deliver candidates who understand the environment they are walking into.

Manufacturing.

Manufacturing is the largest part of our practice. We work across the entire organizational chart, from skilled technician roles on the floor through senior leadership in the C-suite.

Our true specialty concentrations within manufacturing are maintenance technicians, field service professionals, and sales roles. These are the hires that keep operations running, that generate revenue, and that are consistently among the hardest to fill well. We place more of these roles than any other.

Example roles we routinely place:

Leadership and Executive

  • President
  • General Manager
  • Plant Manager
  • Director of Operations
  • Vice President of Operations

Engineering

  • Director of Engineering
  • Engineering Manager
  • Senior Project Engineer
  • Process Engineer
  • Manufacturing Engineer

Maintenance and Technical

  • Maintenance Manager
  • Maintenance Technician
  • Electromechanical Technician
  • Field Service Technician

Sales and Business Development

  • Industrial Sales
  • Business Development Manager
  • Account Manager

Finance, HR, and Administrative

  • Controller
  • HR Manager
  • Office Manager
  • Administrative Assistant

Environmental, Health, and Safety roles are among the many positions we place within manufacturing organizations, though we do not position ourselves as a specialty EH&S recruiter.

Construction.

Our construction practice centers on commercial and industrial construction companies and the roles that drive their projects forward. We work with general contractors, specialty subcontractors, and construction services firms.

Common construction roles we place:

Project and Field

  • Construction Project Manager

  • Project Engineer
  • Field Supervisor

Estimating and Preconstruction

Industrial Operations.

Industrial Operations is intentionally broad. It covers the companies that sit adjacent to manufacturing and construction: industrial services, equipment distribution and dealers, facility operators, specialty operators, and the broader category of companies that depend on heavy machinery, highly technical staff, and demanding or hazardous work environments.

Our recruiting approach for industrial operations clients mirrors our manufacturing work. We place across the full range of roles, with particular strength in field service, maintenance, operations leadership, and sales positions.

Beyond our core.

Recruiting experience is portable. When clients come to us with roles outside manufacturing, construction, or industrial operations, we often help. Over the years we have placed talent across healthcare, specialty service businesses, financial services, and other sectors.

These engagements come to us primarily through existing client relationships and referrals. The work is not a specialty but it is work we do well, and the recruiting fundamentals (deep discovery, targeted outreach, careful vetting, close coordination) translate across industries.

If you have a role outside our core sectors and are considering working with us, start a conversation. If we think we are the right firm, we will say so. If we do not, we will tell you that too.
